The Buyer must provide accurate information.
An order is confirmed once the payment is completed.
The Seller may refuse an order in cases including fraud suspicion or unavailability.

Payments are processed securely via licensed payment systems.
We do not store full card numbers.
6. Delivery
Delivery across Armenia: 1–3 business days (remote regions: 2–5).
Delivery cost is displayed during checkout.
7. Returns & Refunds
IMPORTANT:
Cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons, except when:
Refunds for eligible cases are processed within 5–10 business days.
8. Responsibilities
Buyer: provide correct data, make payment, accept delivery.
Seller: deliver products, ensure authenticity, provide accurate descriptions.
9. Liability
