1. General Provisions
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.mashkskincare.am, operated by LLC Beauty Vision.
Our store sells cosmetic and skincare products, which are classified as personal hygiene items under Armenian legislation.
For hygiene and safety reasons, these products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in specific cases described below.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged if:

• the packaging has been opened,
• the seal or protective membrane has been broken,
• the product shows signs of use,
• the original packaging is damaged or missing.

This restriction fully complies with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

3. Eligible Return Cases
A return or refund is possible ONLY in the following circumstances:
3.1 Manufacturing defect
Visible production flaws or internal defects (confirmed by inspection).
3.2 Wrong item received
You received a product different from what you ordered.
3.3 Damaged item upon delivery
You must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the package and provide photos.

4. Refund Method and Timing
If your case qualifies for a refund:

• Refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Claims submitted after 48 hours from receipt cannot be accepted.

6. Final Provisions
LLC Beauty Vision reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the product does not meet the conditions described above.
Armenian law governs this policy.
